Joe Dargavage

Joe joined United Island & Yacht as a full-time partner in 2024 after serving as an early investor and advisor to the business. With more than 25 years' experience across the superyacht industry — including a long tenure at Romora Bay Resort & Marina in Harbour Island — Joe brings deep relationships across captains, brokers, marinas and crew. He sits on the Board of the U.S. Superyacht Association (USSA), Seafarers' House at Port Everglades and the Association of Bahamas Marinas, and is committed to making UIY the leading yacht agency across the USA, the Bahamas and the wider Caribbean.
