The Crew Awards return on October 25th in Fort Lauderdale, Florida — the premier evening celebrating excellence within the superyacht industry, with 14 award categories judged by a distinguished panel of experienced captains and industry professionals. This year's theme: Roaring '20s — Speak Easy.

The Best Superyacht Crew Award recognises a team diverse in skills — delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, security and professionalism on board. As a company built around supporting captains and crew every day, it is a category close to our hearts.

Last year the award went to the crew of M/Y Sanctuary, presented at the 2025 ceremony in Ibiza. Nominations for 2026 are now open, with M/Y Freedom and M/Y Ocean Club among the early nominees.

The first nominees in the category have now been announced — the crews of MY Freedom and MY Ocean Club — with nominations remaining open for more crews to join them.
